Annual Meeting Associate Member Reception Info

Associate Members are vital to Washington Ports, and your participation is strongly encouraged!  If you’ve attended a WPPA meeting in the past, you know that it’s an excellent venue for establishing and strengthening important relationships within the port community.

We received an overwhelmingly positive response to  our  “Associate Member Reception” at previous Annual and Spring Meetings so we decided to continue featuring this event.  The goal is to offer the opportunity for our port members to be able to mingle with our associate members early on in our meetings.  

This portion of the agenda will be on Wednesday, November 15th from 4:00 to 5:30 p.m. and will immediately follow our general session.  We will have a hosted bar with beer and wine and also some light hors d’oeuvres.  You will have the opportunity to reserve a table where you can set up a booth to show our attendees what you have to offer.  There is a limited number of tables (20) so please make sure to contact Missy Goodell in the association office right away to reserve yours!  This is a great opportunity to let our members know about the services you offer.

Cost:  $150.00 per table.  This cost does not include any free registrations.  You and any staff working the table will still need to register as an attendee.
