Cruise Ship American Spirit Coming to Anacortes

ANACORTES – The Port of Anacortes and the Anacortes Chamber of Commerce are excited to announce that a cruise ship, the American Spirit, is scheduled to arrive at Pier 1, 100 Commercial Ave, Anacortes for its first stay this year on Saturday, April 27 at 8:00PM departing early Monday morning.

The Anacortes Chamber of Commerce and Port of Anacortes will host a welcoming celebration for the passengers on Sunday morning. The American Spirit plans to return to our waters stopping in Anacortes 15 more times in 2013 on this brand new Puget Sound Cruise. We are excited to welcome this cruise ship back to Anacortes and look forward to having them here this year!

About the Port of Anacortes:
The Port of Anacortes was formed in 1926 to promote economic development for Anacortes and the surrounding area. The Port district is led by a board of five elected commissioners: Pat D. Mooney, Bill Short, Ray Niver Keith Rubin and Bob Eberle.
