Will I receive a confirmation of my seminar registration?
Confirmation of on-line registrations will be sent via email within 48 hours. The confirmation will be sent to the email address shown in the registration section. If you do not receive a confirmation within 2 days, please do not hesitate to call 360-943-0760.
What is the dress code?
Dress is business casual.
Sleeping room rates at the Heathman Lodge are $169 for single or double occupancy plus applicable taxes and fees. Each additional person is $10. A current occupancy tax and $2.00 per room, per night will be added.
Reservations must be made directly with the hotel by calling 888-475-3100. When you call in, please remember to specify that you are with the Washington Ports Association to be assured of the group rate.
You must cancel your room with the hotel at least 24 hours prior to your arrival or you will be charged one night’s stay plus taxes.
Check in is 4:00 pm, check out is 12:00 noon.
To be assured of a room at this rate, you must make your reservation by August 30th (we have a limited number of rooms set aside at this rate so please make your reservations right away to be sure that you get a room. In our contracted block, we have 14 rooms with a Deluxe King Bed; 22 rooms with 2 Deluxe Queen beds; 20 rooms with Standard King Bed; and 4 ADA rooms; we have a total of 60 rooms held each night. It is possible that the room block sells out PRIOR to the cut off date; Call early to assure you reserve a room).
Is there a registration deadline?
The WPPA seminar registration deadline is September 15, 2017. The hotel reservation at the group rate deadline is August 30, 2017. We do have a limited number of rooms and this deadline does not insure that we will have enough rooms for everyone so be sure to call early and make your reservation. If you call to make hotel reservations before the group rate deadline and have trouble getting a room, please contact Missy Goodell at email@example.com or 360-943-0760.
What are the registration fees?

What does my registration fee include?
Your WPPA registration fee includes everything listed on the agenda.
Can I bring a guest and what portion of the event can they attend?
Yes you can bring a guest! Guests are invited and encouraged to attend the Thursday evening reception and there is no additional fee. The lunch during the meeting is for the registered attendees only, not guests.
Do I need to register my guest?
Yes, please register your guest. There is a place on the on-line registration form to register them. This helps us to ensure that we order the proper amount of food for our evening reception.
I have food allergies/I’m a vegetarian. How do I let you know this?
There is a comment section on the registration form. PLEASE note this information there so that we can be sure to order meals that are proper for your needs! What if I have to cancel?
A $75 administration fee will be charged for cancellations received after September 15, 2017 and for registrants failing to show.
