Will I receive a confirmation of my registration?
Confirmation of on-line registrations will be sent via email within 48 hours.  The confirmation will be sent to the email address shown in the registration section.  If you do not receive a confirmation within 2 days, please do not hesitate to call 360-943-0760.

What is the dress code?
Dress is business casual.

Hotel Information
The rate at Semiahmoo Resort is $169 for a classic courtyard king or double queen or classic courtyard balcony king or double queen plus applicable state and local taxes.  Reservations must be made by May 15 to be assured of rate (Note:  the WPPA room block is contracted for 45 rooms Tuesday, June 13; 55 rooms Wednesday, June 14; and 55 rooms Thursday, June 15.  When these numbers are reached, our block is ‘sold out.’  Please note:  the block may sell out before our cut-off date.).  The hotel’s direct reservation line is 360-318-2000 or 855-917-3767, remember to specify that you are with the Washington Public Ports Association. You will be asked to guarantee the reservation with a credit card.  Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. and check-out time is 12:00 noon.  Cancellations must be received 5 days prior to arrival to avoid charges.

Parking
There is complimentary self-parking at Semiahmoo Resort.

Is there a registration deadline?
The seminar registration deadline is June 9, 2017.

What are the registration fees?
Please refer to the registration link.

What does my registration fee include?
Your WPPA registration fee includes everything listed on the Finance and Administration Seminar agenda.

Do I need to register my guest and is there a charge for them to attend?
There is no separate fee for your spouse/guest to attend the Thursday evening reception and dinner but they do need to be registered so we have a proper head count for food.  Please be sure to include their name on your registration form when you register for this event.

I have food allergies/I’m a vegetarian.  How do I let you know this?
There is a comment section on the registration form.  PLEASE note this information there so that we can be sure to order meals that are proper for your needs!  If you have any troubles with the form, have any questions or forget to add that in when you register, please contact Missy Goodell and she will be happy to help:  mgoodell@washingtonports.org or 360-943-0760.

What if I have to cancel?
A $75 administration fee will be charged for cancellations received after Friday, June 9 and for registrants failing to show.
