Will I receive a confirmation of my registration?
Confirmation of on-line registrations will be sent via email within 48 hours. The confirmation will be sent to the email address shown in the registration section. If you do not receive a confirmation within 2 days, please do not hesitate to call 360-943-0760.

What is the dress code?
Dress is business casual.

Hotel Information
The rate at the Davenport Hotel is $149/single and double occupancy; $164/triple occupancy; and $179/quad occupancy plus applicable state and local taxes. Reservations must be made by May 18, to be assured of rate (Note:  the WPPA room block is contracted for 40 rooms Tuesday, June 14; 50 rooms Wednesday, June 15; and 50 rooms Thursday, June 16.  When these numbers are reached, our block is ‘sold out.’).  The hotel’s direct reservation line is 800-899-1482 or 509-455-8888, remember to specify that you are with the Washington Public Ports Association. Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. and check-out time is 12:00 noon.  Cancellations must be received 24 hours prior to arrival to avoid charges.

Parking
The Davenport Hotel self-park garage is located on the corner of Post and 1st Street, the valet garage is located off Post Street at the main entrance.  Self-Park Rates are $10 for overnight self-parking for overnight guests.  Valet rate is $20/overnight and $15/day parking.

Is there a registration deadline?
The seminar registration deadline is June 3, 2016.  The hotel reservation at the group rate deadline is May 18, 2016.  If you call to make hotel reservations before the group rate deadline and have trouble getting a room, please contact Missy Goodell at mgoodell@washingtonports.org or you can phone her at 360-943-0760.

What are the registration fees?

What does my registration fee include?
Your WPPA registration fee includes everything listed on the Finance and Administration Seminar agenda.

Do I need to register my guest and is there a charge for them to attend?
There is no separate fee for your spouse/guest to attend the Thursday evening reception and dinner but they do need to be registered so we have a proper head count for food.  Please be sure to include their name on your registration form when you register for this event.

I have food allergies/I’m a vegetarian.  How do I let you know this?
There is a comment section on the registration form.  PLEASE note this information there so that we can be sure to order meals that are proper for your needs!  If you have any troubles with the form, have any questions or forget to add that in when you register, please contact Missy Goodell and she will be happy to help:  mgoodell@washingtonports.org or 360-943-0760.

What if I have to cancel?
A $50 administration fee will be charged for cancellations received after Wednesday, June 8 and for registrants failing to show.
