After 16 years and one failed attempt, the Port of Everett is taking a second shot at redeveloping its North Marina property.
The port anticipates Waterfront Place, the new name of the project, will ultimately have around 650 residences, two hotels, commercial office and retail space, and a large park. The goal of the $350 million project is to create jobs and bring people to the 65-acre site on Puget Sound.
