Port of Camas-Washougal to Participate in 2014 Sportsmen’s Show
An Opportunity to Share All our Marina has to Offer
Washougal, Wash. – January 29, 2014 – The Port of Camas-Washougal today announced it’s participation in the 39th annual Pacific Northwest Sportsmen’s Show held at the Portland Expo Center February 5-9, 2014. Touted as the largest such show west of the Mississippi, the event also includes the Northwest’s premier Sport Fishing Boat Show.
“The Sportsmen’s Show is the perfect venue to bring awareness to the boating public of all that the Port’s Marina has to offer, said David Ripp, Executive Director. “We have a very active boating community, and the Sportsmen’s Show is a great way to maintain our relationship with boating enthusiasts. Offered at the show and available to new moorage tenants is the “Fishermen’s Special”: a three-month lease (February, March and April) of select 20′ slips for $269, which includes the set-up fee (a $30 value).
The port operates a secure, 350-slip Marina in Washougal Wash. which offers:
- Electricity on the breakwater dock
- Slips for personal watercraft (wave runners, jet skis)
- Secure, enclosed kayak storage – the “Kayak Shack”
- New upper and lower marina headwalks
- Newly rebuilt H-Dock with electricity and 14 open slips for 35′ vessels

About the Port
The port brings jobs and recreational opportunities through a 400-acre industrial park, a 79-hangar general aviation airport and 350-slip pleasure boat marina. Grove Field is a small, general aviation airport with a state-of-the-art fueling station and 14 tie-downs in addition to the 79 hangars.
