New records retention schedules for ports

The Secretary of State’s (SOS) office released updated public records retention schedules for ports. Specifically, these new schedules include updates to records pertaining to economic development activities like tourism, job creation, and trade; transportation records such as those pertaining to rail, airports, marine terminals, shipping, freight, industrial activities, and storage.
