WILL I RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION OF MY SEMINAR REGISTRATION?

Confirmation of online registrations will be sent via email within 48 hours.  The confirmation will be sent to both the attendee and admin email addresses provided within your registration.  If you have not received a confirmation within two days, please do not hesitate to call 360-943-0760.

WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?

Dress is business casual.

HOTEL INFORMATION:

Sleeping room rates at the Hotel Murano are $159/night for single and double occupancy; $169 for triple occupancy; $179 for quadruple occupancy plus applicable taxes and tourism fee. 

To make room reservations by phone call:  877-986-8083. When you call in, please remember to specify that you are with the Washington Ports Association 2019 to be assured of the group rate. To book online, click here.

(Note: the URL link will only allow attendees to reserve rooms on the group block dates listed on the contract, any guest who wishes to stay on the shoulder dates will need to contact the reservations or sales department directly to receive the group rate on the additional nights.)

You must cancel your room with the hotel at least 48 hours prior to your arrival. If not, you’ll be charged one night’s stay plus taxes.

Check in is 3:00 pm, check out is 11:00 am.

TO BE ASSURED OF A ROOM AT THIS RATE, YOU MUST MAKE YOUR RESERVATION BY TUESDAY OCTOBER 29, 2019 AT 5:00P.

We have a limited number of rooms set aside at this rate so please make your reservations right away to be sure that you get a room.  In our contracted block, we have 118 rooms held Tuesday night; 158 rooms held Wednesday night; and 133 rooms held Thursday night. It is possible that the room block sells out PRIOR to the cut off date; Call early to assure you reserve a room).

PARKING/GARAGE RATES:

Overnight self-parking is $16 daily and valet parking is $20 daily, both with unlimited in-and-out privileges.

IS THERE A REGISTRATION DEADLINE?

The WPPA seminar registration deadline is November 15, 2019.  The hotel reservation at the group rate deadline is October 29, 2019. We do have a limited number of rooms and this deadline does not ensure that we will have enough rooms for everyone so be sure to call early and make your reservation.  If you call to make hotel reservations before the group rate deadline and have trouble getting a room, please contact Missy Goodell at mgoodell@washingtonports.org or 360-943-0760.

WHAT ARE THE REGISTRATION FEES?

Please refer to the registration page. 

WHAT DOES MY REGISTRATION FEE INCLUDE?

Your WPPA registration fee includes everything listed on the agenda.

WHAT IF I HAVE TO CANCEL?

A $75 administration fee will be charged for cancellations received after November 15, 2019 and for registrants failing to show.
