How do I register for this event?
Please register using our online form so we capture all the proper information. You will find the online form here on our website. Try to register by November 15th so you get the early bird rate. After that, it will increase.
WILL I RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION OF MY SEMINAR REGISTRATION?
Confirmation of on-line registrations will be sent via email within 48 hours. The confirmation will be sent to both the attendee and admin email addresses shown in the registration section. If you do not receive a confirmation within 2 days, please do not hesitate to call 360-943-0760.
There was no link to pay for my registration, how do I pay you?
WPPA will send an invoice for all registrations and sponsorships after the event has occurred. You can pay via check or call in a credit card payment.
WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?
Dress is business/business casual.
HOTEL Registration INFORMATION:
Sleeping room rates at the Hyatt Regency are $175/night for single and double occupancy ($200 for triple occupancy) plus applicable taxes and fees.

To make room reservations by phone call: 877.803.7534. When calling, please remember to specify that you are with the WPPA Annual Meeting to be assured of the group rate.
You must cancel your room with the hotel at least 48 hours prior to your arrival. If you are cancelling a room reservation, please contact Mandy Lill first if possible. We may have attendees on a room waiting list and might be able to transfer your room to another person in need.
Check in is 4:00 pm, check out is 12:00 pm.
TO BE ASSURED OF A ROOM AT THIS RATE, YOU MUST MAKE YOUR RESERVATION BY Friday November 22nd.
We have a limited number of rooms set aside at this rate so please only reserve what you need and make your reservations right away. It is possible that our room block will sell out PRIOR to the cutoff date; call early to assure you get a room. If you call for reservations before the group rate deadline and have trouble getting a room, please email Mandy Lill or you can call her at 360.943.0760.
PARKING/GARAGE RATES:
Self-parking is discounted to $20.00 per day. Valet parking is currently $45.00 per day. Additional parking is available for day use and supplemental parking at the Vancouver Center.
IS THERE A REGISTRATION DEADLINE to attend the meeting?
For the early bird rate, please register by Friday November 15th. Any registrations received after November 15th will be charged at a higher rate.
WHAT ARE THE REGISTRATION FEES?
Please refer to the registration page. There is an early bird rate if you register by November 15th. After that, the rate will increase!
WHAT DOES MY REGISTRATION FEE INCLUDE?
Your WPPA registration fee includes everything listed on the agendas.
CAN I BRING A GUEST, WHAT CAN THEY ATTEND, and is there a charge?
Yes, you can bring a guest and there is no additional charge. Guests are invited and encouraged to attend the Wednesday evening Associate Member Reception as well as the Thursday evening Presidents Reception and there is no additional fee. The Thursday morning “Ports Only Breakfast” during the meeting is for registered Port attendees only. Please no guests or associate members at this breakfast.
DO I NEED TO REGISTER MY GUEST and how do I do that?
YES, please register your guest so we have an accurate headcount for food at the evening receptions. The on-line registration form is the proper place to note your guest. If you forget to register them or want to add someone later, please email Mandy Lill.
I HAVE FOOD ALLERGIES/I’M A VEGETARIAN. HOW DO I LET YOU KNOW THIS?
There is a comment section on the registration form. PLEASE note this information there so we can be sure to order meals that are proper for your needs! If you have trouble with the form, questions, or forget to add that information when you register, please either email Mandy Lill or call her at 360.943.0760 and she will be happy to help you. Food allergy issues and dietary restrictions may be difficult to accommodate if not communicated ahead of time.
WHAT IF I HAVE TO CANCEL?
A $100 administration fee will be charged for cancellations received after November 29, 2024 and for registrants failing to show.
ASSOCIATE MEMBER RECEPTION - WEDNESDAY, December 11th, 2024
The Associate Member Reception is a great opportunity for port members to network with associate members early on in the meeting. The reception will be Wednesday, December 11th from 4:00 to 6:00 pm immediately following our general session. There will be a hosted bar with beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages as well as light hors d ’oeuvres. Associate Members have the opportunity to reserve a booth which allows them to display what they have to offer. There are a limited number of tables, so make sure to contact Mandy Lill at WPPA right away to reserve yours! This is a great opportunity to get your name out there and meet our members!

Where: Hyatt Regency Hotel, Bellevue
Cost: $250.00 per table. This cost does not include any free registrations. You do have the option of adding one extra staff attendee at the reception only for $100, limit 1 person, and you must have at least 1 other full registration.
