New guidelines for restarting construction during Phase II from the Governor

The Governor has released guidance on safely restarting Phase II construction projects.  The guidance, highlighted in Proclamation 20-25, lifts all previous moratoriums on construction if projects can meet all the criteria highlighted in the Phase II Requirements.
